I've always loved the challenge of learning a new language, as well as the reward of communicating with new people. Helping others discover the joy of that challenge has fueled me as a language educator in both public K-12 schools and at the renowned Middlebury Language Schools. With over a decade of success in both sectors, I now leverage the lessons learned to train teachers and design curriculum across grades K-16. I can still be found at Middlebury in the summer in my role as Associate Director of the Chinese School, and when not training teachers or designing curriculum, I'm usually working on a literary translation passion project (or three).
